Sugarfold macarons are above average in every way.
Macarons are a delicate sandwich pastry most notable in France. The shells are meringue based and made from four simple ingredients - almonds, sugar, water, and egg whites. They can be filled with a wide variety of flavors and fillings like buttercreams, ganaches, jams, jellies, etc.
Macarons are known to be a more challenging pastry. They require precise technique especially when folding the batter. We specifically use the Italian method to make our macarons the perfect texture - crisp on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle.

Macaron shells are naturally gluten free because they are made with almond flour. We try to make most of our flavors gluten free but on occasion we do make some flavors containing gluten. We also cannot guarantee gluten free products due to possible cross contamination in a shared kitchen with shared equipment.

At this time we cannot logistically offer shipping. Macarons are delicate and we don’t want to risk it! We offer free delivery to the KC metro area for large orders. Scheduled pick up in Shawnee, KS for all other orders.

Macarons should be stored in the refrigerator/freezer in an airtight container. They are porous and can dry out on the counter or absorb surrounding aromas if not properly stored.
For best quality, macarons last 5-7 days refrigerated and up to 2 months frozen.

Our classic macarons start at $3.25 each. Shapes and characters range from $4.50-$9 each depending on design. Taxes and fees are added at checkout.
